EliteCore OnCall is the on-demand repair service operated by EliteCore Construction Inc. ("EliteCore," "we," "us," or "our"), serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. When you request a quote, book a service, call, text, or speak with our voice assistant, we may collect:

• Details about the repair or service you're requesting
• Booking preferences (date, time, property type)
• Recordings and transcripts of calls to our phone line and conversations with our AI voice assistant
• With your choice to allow analytics cookies: basic technical data (browser type, device, pages visited), contact-button clicks, and completed online bookings. We do not send your contact details or booking notes to analytics.

• To schedule, confirm, and carry out the service you've requested
• To send you appointment confirmations and updates by SMS or email
• To provide quotes and follow up on service requests
• To improve our service quality and respond to feedback
• To meet legal, insurance, and accounting requirements

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send your name, contact details, service address, or booking notes to Google Analytics.

4. Third-party services we use

To run our booking and communication systems, we share limited information with the following service providers, each bound by their own privacy and security practices:

• Cal.com — appointment scheduling
• Google Analytics — website and booking measurement, only if you choose to allow analytics cookies
• Vapi.ai — our AI voice assistant, which processes call audio and transcripts
• Make.com & Twilio — automated SMS notifications and confirmations
• Google Fonts & Tailwind CDN — website styling; your browser may share technical data, such as its IP address, when requesting these resources

5. Analytics cookies

We ask whether you want to allow optional Google Analytics cookies. Declining does not prevent you from using the website or booking. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask on every page. You can change your choice at any time using the button below. Google Analytics may process technical usage information according to Google's own privacy practices.

6. How we protect your information

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
